Do you pack or dismantle furniture?
Ask about those tasks when requesting a quote. Packing and dismantling need to be confirmed separately before booking.
What if I have items I do not want to take?
List those separately from the belongings being moved. Vanguard can discuss clearance or waste-removal arrangements for unwanted items.
Can you move me on a particular date?
Send your preferred date and any key handover times. Availability and the schedule are confirmed when the job is agreed.
